1. General Account Rules
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- One Account Policy: Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts owned by the same person, all accounts may be closed and funds confiscated.
- Accuracy: You must provide real details (Name, Phone Number) that match your ID and Payment Methods.
2. Verification (KYC)
To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, VS555 may request documents to verify your identity:
- Proof of ID: National ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill or Bank statement.
- Selfie: A photo of you holding your ID.
Failure to provide these documents upon request may result in the suspension of withdrawals.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals

4. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses are a privilege, not a right. When accepting a bonus, note the following:
- Wagering Requirements: You must complete the required turnover (e.g., 20x) before withdrawing bonus funds.
- Game Contribution: Slots usually contribute 100% to wagering, while Live Casino/Sports may contribute less.
- Abuse: “Bonus Hunting” strategies or betting on both sides (e.g., Banker & Player) to clear turnover is prohibited.
5. Game Fairness & Errors

Live Casino: In the event of a disconnection, bets that were already accepted will stand. The result will be decided by the game provider.

The following actions will lead to immediate permanent ban:
